At Miner's Landscape Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality landscaping materials, aggregates, soil products, and related supplies. Due to the nature of our products and industry standards, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Miner’s Landscape Supply does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been:

• Picked up from our yard
• Loaded into a customer’s vehicle
• Delivered to a job site
• Custom blended, screened, or modified
• Special ordered or custom sourced

This policy applies to all bulk materials, bagged goods, decorative rock, soil blends, mulch, sand, gravel, and any other landscaping products.

2. Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Due to the nature of landscaping materials:

• Products may be contaminated once they leave our facility.
• Bulk materials cannot be restocked or resold.
• Soil, sand, gravel, and rock may vary in color, size, moisture content, and composition.
• Weather conditions can affect appearance and volume.
• Delivery conditions and site access are outside our control.

For these reasons, we are unable to guarantee product condition once it leaves our yard.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying product selection before purchase.
• Inspecting materials at time of pickup or delivery.
• Confirming quantities ordered.
• Ensuring proper site access for deliveries.
• Measuring project areas accurately before ordering.

If you are unsure about product selection, we strongly encourage you to request a sample or speak with our team prior to purchase.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before loading or delivery dispatch.
• Once materials have been loaded or dispatched for delivery, the sale is final.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once a truck has been dispatched.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received the wrong material or there was a loading error:

• You must notify us immediately.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
• We may inspect the material to verify the issue.
• If an error was made by Miner’s Landscape Supply, we will work to correct it promptly.

We do not accept claims based on natural variations in color, texture, or size.

6. Natural Variation Disclaimer

Many of our products are natural materials. Variations in:

• Color
• Texture
• Rock size
• Dust content
• Moisture level

are normal and not considered defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miner’s Landscape Supply is not responsible for:

• Improper installation
• Misuse of materials
• Site conditions
• Over- or under-ordering
• Damage to vehicles during loading
• Property damage due to delivery site conditions

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the materials only.

8. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase with Miner’s Landscape Supply, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No-Return Policy.
